specific web url to use specified connection

can I access a certain url only on a designated connection type through CHROME but then any other site use both connections through Chrome as well?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can do exactly what you want by using two browsers.
    You can go into Apps tab and specify one connection for one browser under network policy thereby using your specific URL in that browser while as you can specify the other browser for your other connection using the same process.
