Incorrect Load Balance

Hi there,

When connecting using my WIFI connection (15mb, solid) and my mobile data connectino tethered via USB (usually a solid 20-40mb) they do not seem to work together as seen under the Internets tab of the interface. It seems that either or takes the initiative bandwidth wise and leaves the other at a snails pace. Any soluction to this??
