load balancing or socket banding

I have two 4g networks that I would like to band together to provide one faster internet connection. My question is, does this software band the network connections together into one connection, or does it simply load balance the connection - distributing/balancing queries over the two connections.

Both my connection are quite slow. Will using this software speed up my internet?
