Intermittent downloads on Windows 10
On Windows 10, downloading games via Steam is intermittent with the speed maxing out both my connections and then dropping off completely, before picking up again and dropping off etc. Is this an issue native to Windows 10 or Steam, or is it just me that would be having this issue? Thanks
